Minimum Qualifications
MBA or B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in construction materials or industrial sectors. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Understanding client requirements and delivering tailored product solutions for fast concrete repair, chemical-resistant coatings, and other offerings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations that explain product specifications and benefits to clients.
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborating with the product and technical teams to align sales strategies with product developments.
- Negotiating contracts, closing sales, and ensuring on-time delivery of products.
